Dear Mr. Seever,

I wanted to pass along a compliment and tell you that I think you have some great employees. We've only been a client of yours since June and Bulwark has done excellent work for us.

Last week my wife experienced her worst nightmare. Somehow a tarantula made its way into our home. My wife was absolutely terrified. I hurried home and dispatched the tarantula, but of course that is not the end of the story. My wife suffers from arachnophobia and asked me how we could protect our home from another invasion.

I placed a call to Thomas Valentine and discussed the problem, he brought DeWayne Putnam into the picture. DeWayne Personally showed up at my home, explained to my wife the treatments he would do to the house and the yard. I cannot say enough about what this meant to calm my wife's fears. Arachnophobia is hard to explain, but it's real.

Your team performed customer service above and beyond for your company. You are very lucky to have gentlemen like this that care about your clients.
